I spent about 9 months over there, and if you would have a payed attention the my comment and post, you would know thatand you would know that I did call them haji all the while I was there, and still catch myself, people chang eand want to correct the wrong they have done, this is one way for me to do that so pay attention next time

Sniper Check, I don’t mean to insult you – but have you even spent a single day in Iraq? And if you have can you honestly say with a straight face that you didn’t use the term “haji” hundreds of times? Ask Cindy. All the contractors and all the troops use the term ALL the time – and yes in a derogatory fashion. Why didn’t you have the guts or the balls to challenge that while you were over there? Can you sleep with that on your conscience?

Please don’t call them Haji, that is a religious name to them, we use it as a diragatory comment which is wrong. To them that is the name men get after they make the sacred journey to Mecca, so please do not call them Haji, I know a few men from Iraq that are true Haji, and while I was there in Iraq, I got to know them. The protesters you’re speaking of are the Fred Phelps group who have picketed against homosexuals for years. They are not an anti-war group. Most people have just ignored them because honestly they were just picketing against AIDS homosexuals and that dirty lifestyle. But now that they are focusing on our heroic soldiers, I AM OUTRAGED!!!As you said, anyone in uniform is a total hero and freedom warrior. Whether Haditha, Abu Ghreib, or even My Lai – those soldiers were fighting to preserve the freedoms we all take for granted. I’m so sick of the liberal elitests demonizing our armed forces when the liberal “alternative lifestylers” should be thanking them the most.9/11 was a horrible day in history. Let’s never forget what those Hajis did to us and many of them hoped to slink back to Iraq in obscurity. Well, we followed them back to the desert and need to finish the mission. Sadaam and his terrorist thugs will continue to pay for what they perpetrated on the innocents in NYC until the last soldier leaves Iraq. Support our troops – FREEDOM ISN’T FREE!

Cpt. Inmann did not die in vain. We must never forget that. The young men and women dieing in Iraq (and the Iraqis themselves who are killed) are each and every one sacrificing themselves to secure our freedoms against the 9/11 terrorists. As a truck driver in Iraq always said: “Never forget!”We can kiss our freedoms goodbye the day we forget what Sadaam and the terrorists in Iraq did to our heroes in the WTC, Pennsylvania, and the Pentagon.
